The Portalogic Solution

Portalogic water filling station in Niagara Falls, Ontario

In the summer of 2012, EleMech installed a Portalogic water filling station for the city of Niagara Falls, Ontario. The station is located approximately twenty minutes away from the administrative office, and the site utilizes Portalogic management software for remote billing, reporting, and real-time station monitoring.

The water filling station is mounted in a secure, heated structure, is completely automated, and dispenses potable water only to authorized users. The structure itself and overhead supports were constructed by the City of Niagara Falls prior to the installation.

This Portalogic water filling station offers an overhead discharge point or a side hose connection point

After logging in, a hauler can select to fill from an overhead discharge point, or a side hose connection point. The filling station has dozens of uses every day, each use dispensing ten cubic meters per truck on average.
