Marshfield Utilities considered multiple competitor offerings and chose Portalogic as the most cost effective solution to fit their long term goals. The Marshfield, WI installation is our newest 'FS-43' model that offers a complete turn-key system for automated bulk water filling with a small physical footprint at 48"L, 36"W, 75"H.
Marshfield Utilities wanted a system that would conveniently manage payments and billing. Their FS-43 automates the customer transaction process, allowing flexibility for existing customers and secure access for new customers without pre-established accounts. Via the integrated management software, the system supports prepaid accounts, custom invoices and reports, and payments via credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay. The Utility will also have record of each transaction in real time, the volume taken, and revenue gained.
Portalogic Bulk Water Filling Stations are UL listed and designed and manufactured in Aurora, IL utilizing American suppliers. Marshfield's station enclosure is constructed of painted galvanized steel and has an enclosed meter, backflow prevention, stainless steel piping, heater, thermostat, insulation, heat tracing and drainage. Every station is shipped fully assembled with a guide for simple contractor installation.
